This Kitten's YOUR valentine!

Cherry V + Zeke FTW.
Felt the need to draw my character along with my new friend's character, Cherry.
Yes, we're shipping our characters together because why not? XD
And since Valentine's Day is literally around the corner, this artwork I've finished is much more in line with the holiday than the other two I posted.
I actually had trouble with this. Pose and everything. So much so that I had to make a second layer sketch on SAI.
However, I am pleased to say using both paper and SAI to sketch seems like a nice combination!
And using references, I'm practicing more with highlights.

Zeke and Cherry have been dating for only a couple of days now and the two seem simply inseparable. Because of Zeke's doubts when she first flew into his arms upon sight, he thought since he considered himself a ladies man, he didn't know if he would be good to her.
After a bit of confession, the two decided that they should take their relationship one day at a time. They have their differences and their usual fluff with things they don't agree on, but they always try to come to a conclusion. Zeke doesn't want to do anything to hurt Cherry at the same time she doesn't want Zeke to feel alone.

Funny enough is that on their first date, Cherry learned about Zeke's weakness to tummy rubs (He's a dog, what did you expect? XD).
